YCBT Services currently offers a structured CBT for Social Anxiety Group, as well as a CBT for Insomnia Group.
The groups are currently being held primarily virtually. The Social Anxiety Group takes place weekly over the course of 12 weeks. The CBT for Insomnia Group takes place weekly over the course of 6 weeks.
