At YCBT we offer individual and group therapy. Typically we see the most impactful and lasting change with regular weekly sessions, however in some cases it might be effective to meet less frequently.

Our focus is evidence based treatment, meaning all of the strategies and techniques we used have demonstrated efficacy in a wide group of people. We also emphasize measurement based care, meaning that we proactively monitor progress towards your goals.

Individual therapy fee is $225. Sessions last between 45 and 50 minutes.

Group therapy fee is $75 per group session, plus $150 for an individual intake screening. Group sessions last 90 minutes.

YCBT Services is an out-of -network provider and collects payment at the time of service. If you have a plan with out-of-network benefits, YCBT Services is happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
